The Cons:Lower end maxis rims with basic deore hubs. Little over 31lbs. Expensive!
This 27-speed all-mountain, third generation of Dakar multi-pivot linkage suspension from Jamis, represents a complete overhaul of an award & World Cup winning design that the've made lighter, stiffer, and more efficient.
The bike weighs 31.25 lbs.

#2007_jamis_dakar_xam_2_0 just bought one, there only $2777 msrp not $3777 as stated here. After talking down price to $2200 + tax $2500 out the door, havnt riden it yet gets into shop on friday had to special order the 21" will update once I go on a good ride
