The result is a bike that easily climbs and sprints without a whole bunch of extra effort. Note also Cannondale’s Hollowgram compact cranks, which were designed to spin on ceramic bearings coupled with light and fast Mavic wheels. And although the frame is carbon, it doesn’t act like dead wood. Cannondale injected their carbon frame with the same qualities needed for a snappy, responsive ride. Ultimately, the HI-MOD allows for improved road manners and performance.
