Like all Synapse bikes, the Carbon 4 is designed with comfort and performance, with features such as the oversized BB shell standard that reduces the weight of the bike without causing issues with the stiffness. The shaped chain stays work with a moderate bend in the seat stays to reduce the vibration and road buzz that can become a bother to riders. A lateral flex resistance is built into the dampening so that the comfort also works towards making the bike useful for climbing and sprinting. The Cannondale Synapse Carbon 4 comes in three different color options: Race Red, Vivid Blue, and Jet Black, all with a Lightning White gloss.
