DiamondBack Grind 18 (2011)
$200.00
Released February, 2011
The DiamondBack Grind 18 (2011) is a low-cost BMX bike geared toward beginner park and street riders. This model is a step up from the slightly lower cost Grind 18 (2011) in that it has a Tektro brake system instead of a LeeChi braking system (this is also the main upgrade from the 2010 Grind 18 model).
The Grind 18 (2011) also has eighteen inch Kenda Kontact tires as opposed to sixteen inch tires. Features shared between the two models include a Hi-ten steel fork, which offers a rigid feel to help riders just starting out. Another shared feature is the Hi-Ten steel frame, which is geared toward durability.
