DK Kvant

$300.00 Released January, 2010

Product Shot 1The Kvant is one of the lower-cost offerings in DK's 2010 Park/Trail line of BMXs. The Kvant, like all of DK's 2010 BMXs, is being promoted by DK as an improvement over previous models. The Kvant has many of the same features of DK's other low-cost Park/Trail models, the main differences being in the wheels (36H Alienation rim in the front, Blacksheep rim w/ alloy hubs in the back) and color options.

Other than that, the 4130 chromoly, fork and handlebars (with slight 8" rise) are features shared throughout the Park/Trail line. The Kenda Park/Trail tires are standard on the lower-cost models in this series (as opposed to the Kenda multi-surface tires of the higher-cost models), as are the DK plastic pedals (which are the alternative to the aluminum platform pedals of the higher-cost models). The Tektro alloy U-brake, which adorns every model in DK's Park/Trail series but the flagship Asterik 26, is seatstay mounted.
