This technology offers durability along with extreme light weight (the F1 weighs 13.98 pounds in total, almost three pounds lighter than the F2 model). The brakes of the F1 are Shimano Dura-Ace 7900 Ultegra Dual Pivot brakes w/ Cartridge Brake Shoes, which are professional quality and keep you in control. The Vittoria Diamante Pro-Light Kevlar Bead Folding tires of this bike are also professional quality. The ergonomic grip of the 6061 Butted Aluminum handlebar helps to make your ride comfortable. The grips of the F1 are Felt's Gel Ribbon Cork Tape grips, which are a hallmark of this series of road bikes. This bike is a step up from the lower cost F2 model thanks to its Vittoria Diamante Pro-Light Kevlar Bead Folding tires, Shimano Dura-Ace wheels and UHC-Nano carbon fiber frame and fork technology.
