Product Shot 1The Giant XTC Advanced is a lightweight mountain bike designed for advanced riders. This bike’s frame weighs under 1kg (2.2lbs) due to its full-composite construction. The XTC Advanced borrows design features from the TCR Advanced SL road bike, specifically the oversized rectangular frame design with a larger top tube.

This allows the bike to be as durable as possible given its lightweight construction. The Fox 32 F-100 RL forks measure 100mm, allowing for predictable handing on tough terrain. Other features include Shimano SLX / Deore Xt combination gear changing and SLX disc brakes for accuracy and reliability. The seat post, saddle and handlebar are composite-constructed as well, contributing to the bike’s overall lightweight flexibility.
