The Giant Yukon FX is a dual suspension sport mountain bike that offers Hayes MX-4 Disc brakes and ALUXX-Grade Butted Aluminum 4" suspension frame. This is Giant's only dual suspension bike in it's sport category, bringing similar features found in their more expensive Trance line to the casual enthusiast.

Stepping up from the RockShox Dart 1 fork found in the basic Yukon model, the Yukon FX comes with a Dart 2 suspension fork with lockout and is paired with a rear Giant Air Shock. This rear shock is made with Gaint's own Maestro shock system design which was itself introduced by the company in 2005. The frame is available in four sizes (XS, S, M, L) and either black/white or black/silver color. Other components included are SRAM X4 trigger shifters/SRAM X4 rear derailleur, Shimano Alivio front derailleur,  WTB Dual Duty XC double wall rims and Kenda Nevegal 26 x 2.1" tires.
