The GT Speed Series XL (2010) is a BMX bike built for racing. This is similar to the GT Speed Series Pro (2010), but uses Tektro BX2 levers and Tektro BX25 rear brakes, has an SDG I-Fly saddle, and uses alloy nipples.

Otherwise they are the same, with an aluminum hydroformed frame designed with BMX race geometry. Control over rough terrain is handled by GT BMX aluminum forks, and the seat clamps are integrated for durability. Other parts selected for racing compatibility include Truvativ Racing cranks and Alienation rims.
