Kona Band Wagon

$950.00 Released January, 2010

Product Shot 1The Kona Band Wagon is a funkadelically-styled hipster road bike released as a “hopped up” version of the original Paddy Wagon. It’s still geared for adolescents/youngsters and it’s still colorful (powder blue and bright orange deep-dish rim), but it adds along more “cake,” as in improved components and specifications.

It’s still bound by a steel frame, but the added Shimano componentry gives it the increased acceleration and power lacking in its predecessor. Included also is a compact rear triangle with short chain stays and seat stays that together offer enhanced balance between stability and power transfer when out of the saddle and hammering.
