Product Shot 1The Kona Bass is a DJ/Slopestyle BMX bike featuring a 7005 Aluminum frame that is tough, durable, affordable, light and supposedly dependable. Designed for serious BMX riders, the Bass is outfitted with Hydroformed tubing, which flares weld points to increase weld areas, in turn adding strength without additional weight.

So although the bike is ultra-lightweight, it’s still durable and strong, as was mentioned earlier. Also included is a 4-bar linkage system for minimized side load on the read shock; a sloping top tube for greater room for correct positioning and free body movement; and a compact rear triangle for enhanced stability and power transfer.
