This is an upgrade over the Tora fork used in the 2010 model. Many of the other components are similar, though the 2011 uses downgraded shifters and front derailleur - Alivio instead of Deore. The cranks are Shimano instead of FSA and the hydraulic disc brakes are upgraded to Avid Juicy 3's from Shimano M486's. Many of the components are Kona house parts. The 2011's rims are upgraded to Mavic XM119's with Maxxis tires.
