Kona Dawg

The Kona Dawg is a high-end mountain bike meant specifically for technically challenging, deep back trails. Its 7005 aluminum frame construction provides a stiffer, more durable backbone while its tapered head tube provides more support at the intersection of the top tube and down tube.

Additionally, the Dawg's Drop Out Performance Enhancement, or DOPE, floating brake system allows for fully active suspension even while under full brake.

The Dawg's 7005 aluminum frame composition is tough, durable, dependable and lightweight, ensuring maximum and long-lasting performance. The Dawg's tapered head tube design adds more girth at the bottom of the head tube for better shock distribution, prolonged headset bearing life and improved balance. Meanwhile, the Dawg's DOPE floating brake system, while allowing for full suspension under full brake, allows for a stiffer rear end.
