One key feature is that this bike uses a carbon belt instead of a chain, and as such has a drive sprocket and belt cog instead of conventional chainrings and cassette. This means no lubrication is required. The frame is made of Reynolds Chromoly, and front suspension is RockShox Recon Gold TK. There are hydraulic disc brakes on the front and rear. Note also that like most 29ers this bike is only a single speed, and has a fairly low gear ratio. This, once again, suits it more for trail and single track.
