The Schwinn 2010 Frontier is an entry-level mountain bike built for beginners trying to learn how to conquer steep slopes and tough terrain. IT features a rugged Schwinn N’Gauged hi-ten steel frame and HL Bravo suspension fork featuring Schwinn’s proprietary Trail-Tuned geometry.

It’s not as ergonomic as some of Scwhinn’s other models, but can without-a-doubt handle rough trails without difficulty. Included also are Shimano Tourney drivetrain components and an EF40 trigger shifter designed to handle a variety of different riding conditions. Overall, the Schwinn 2010 Frontier is definitely not recommended for serious and/or professional-level riders. It’s better suited for beginners trying to get a grip on country-side terrain.
