T: #schwinn_2010_world_tour_dlx Have owned schwinn world tour a few months...commute to work ..30 miles a day...love the bike ....but had to replace bearings...axle and bottom bracket after only 2 months...not enough grease in the bearings to begin with...my back up bike...82 traveler...I service the bearings once a year...still have original bearings front wheel and bottom bracket...rear wheel replaced after accident in 93...that axle and bearings replaced 1 year ago...Bought new scwinn SS last year ...rode 600 miles... axle bearings shot ...shifters not working...bottom bracket bearings shot...new bikes should be checked out ( bearings greased} before they are sold...The bike dealer in Tillamook told me the problems were due to water...I ride evrery day...I don't live in san diego...if you sell a bike in the northwest ...it should be a bike to handle the northwest...
