This model is a step up from the lower cost World 21 model in that it has twenty-four speeds (as opposed to twenty-one), a higher quality Suntour NEX 4110 fork (with preload suspension), and double wall rims (which aid in durability). This model is a step down from the flagship World Market bike in that it does not have an internal gear hub, which helps to cut down on maintenance. This model also lacks the World Market's built-in shopping bag. However, the World Market has just seven speeds. Features shared throughout the line include a frame comprised of lightweight aluminum, which is designed for comfort.
