Specialized FSRxc Rim

The Specialized FSRxc Rim is a bicycle built for XC trail riding and aimed at the general enthusiast. It features an M4 butted frame with ORE downtube, making it durable and giving it a reasonable weight.

The cartridge bearing pivots are sealed to protect the components from damaged, and the general design allows for 100 mm of travel to clear obstacles. The rear shock is an X Fusion 02RLA tuned specifically for trail use, and has adjustable rebound to suit the rider. The fork is a Rock Shox Tora 302 that uses a fixed coil spring for durability. The brakes are standard Avid SD-3R "V" design that use pads against the rims to slow the bike. Shimano brand derailleurs, casette and crankset handle the drivetrain giving 9 speeds to handle variable terrain. The tires are Specialized Resolutions measuring 26 x 2.0 inches with an aramid bead pattern for increased traction. The pedals are basic alloy platforms, and a protective clear coat is applied to the frame to reduce rust.
