The Specialized Roubaix Comp Ultegra triple is a mid-range offering from the premium Roubaix bike series geared toward comfortable long distance training. Featuring race-ready Fulcrum 6 wheels made by the well known Campagnolo company, the responsive road connection is light, fast, and durable, with high mileage in mind.
Paramount to distance riding, Specialized has designed the handlebars (Expert ergonomic alloy, set for natural positioning) and seat (Avatar Comp Gel saddle featuring hollow Cr-Mo rails and Body Geometry gel padding) for optimal lasting comfort. The seatpost and fork have also had their carbon composition augmented by Zertz inserts to dampen vibration, while not sacrificing rigidity, offering responsiveness and depleting design-related fatigue or discomfort.
