The Ruby Elite Apex comes iwth a FACT IS 8r carbon frame and has Zertz inserts for vibration damping, making for a stiff, responsive, and durable ride.

This bike comes with sturdy and fast rolling Mavic rims with 32 holes, as well as Specialized women's Comp handlebars with a short reach and short drop, for a more natural riding position. It also comes equipped with the SRAM Apex 10- speed shifters that employ a 'double tap' technology for easy and intuitive shifting and reach adjustment.
This bike is related to the Specialized Ruby Comp Triple, which is also a women's specific road bike, but it comes with a full FACT carbon frame and monocoque fork.
