The Bontrager wheels and tires are slightly lighter, and the saddle is now a Bontrager Affinity Race X Lite WSD. The OCLV2 Red Carbon is still used, however, due to its superior strength and light weight. The design uses internal cable routing to reduce friction, and the front Bontrager Race XXX Lite fork uses an E2 asymmetrical steerer to allow for precise steering. The drivetrain is entirely composed from shifters to derailleurs by Shimano Dura-Ace parts which offer instant acceleration when needed. The brakeset is also Shimano Dura-Ace, with adjustable levers to match the rider. Pedals are not included.
