Trek Rig

The Trek Rig lies at the lower end of the price range for mountain bikes with 29er aluminum frames in the Gary Fisher collection by Trek. It is a classic single-speed mountain bike. It has Avid Juicy 3 hydraulic disc brakes for quick stops and extra control.

It has a sliding vertical dropout built into the frame, which is made out of 6061 butted and hydroformed aluminum. The wheels are 29", and it has FCC MTB on the front wheel to keep it from flexing. No pedals are included. The bike is good for the less devout mountain biker who does not have the need for extra speeds, or who has a more limited mountain biking budget. The Trek Rig is one of the few 29er bikes in the Gary Fisher collection that is currently available to purchase, as opposed to first being available either in late summer or winter.
